Specifically, according to Deputy Director of Da Nang Department of Construction Vo Tan Ha, People's Committees of districts and Da Nang Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Company have organized the implementation of a temporary drainage plan according to management decentralization, especially Especially in residential areas with the current state of embellishment, the roads in the city center are partially flooded.

According to the Da Nang Department of Construction, Le Duan road was flooded about no more than 30 minutes, with a depth of no more than 20cm in storm CONSON. .
For locations and areas that are flooded or at risk of flooding due to the influence of unfinished construction projects and works that have not been fully connected to drainage such as Khe Can, canal route from Hoa Industrial Park Inaugurating the Cu De River..., the investors and project operating units have arranged staff to be on duty regularly at the construction site, to treat and ensure temporary water drainage.
"In particular, the Management Board of the Traffic Construction Investment Project has focused on handling and ensuring water drainage for the area of Tran Thi Ly underground tunnel project related to the Me Linh public route" - Deputy Director of Da Nang Construction Department. Nang Vo Tan Ha said.

For anti-flood pumping stations (Thuan Phuoc area, Truong Chi Cuong street, Nguyen Xuan Nhi street, area K20, Green Island area at Tran Thi Ly bridge head...), Da Sewerage and Wastewater Treatment Company Nang has unblocked the garbage net, tested it, arranged staff to be on duty on a regular basis, and monitored and promptly handled the breakdown of the pump.

The Da Nang Department of Construction acknowledged that the Sewerage and Wastewater Treatment Company has coordinated with localities to prepare large-capacity portable pumps, supporting timely treatment for low-lying residential areas; Lower the water level in the lakes of Park 29/3, Thac Gian - Vinh Trung, 3 Sen Vang lake... to the lowest level to reserve the regulating capacity and ensure treatment for neighboring areas such as Nguyen Van street. Linh, Ham Nghi, airport sewer line to Trung Nu Vuong street...

Mr. Vo Tan Ha commented, through storm CONSON shows that, with the above synchronous solutions, the key locations for drainage such as Hai Ho, Ly Tu Trong, Nguyen Van Linh, Ham Nghi, and Le Duan streets. , Hoang Hoa Tham, Ong Ich Khiem, Ha Huy Tap, Le Dinh Tham, the culvert from the airport to Trung Nu Vuong street... has been basically treated to stop flooding or the flooding time is no more than 30 minutes, the depth is The inundation is not more than 20cm, little impact on traffic and people's daily life.

The functional forces relocate people from the flooded area in Hoa Khanh Nam ward (Lien Chieu district) during the storm CONSON.
However, the Da Nang Department of Construction also confirmed that there are still some flooded areas such as Khe Can, Nguyen Van Linh, Ky Dong, Kiet 818 Tran Cao Van, Le Tan Trung street, the area around Trung Son hill... related projects have not yet been completed.
“Especially, through the review, there is still water stagnation and local flooding on the roads of Hai Ho, Nguyen Hanh, Nguyen Duc Canh, Nguyen Cu Trinh, Yen The - Bac Son... Garbage blocks the water inlet, limiting the ability of road surface drainage," said Mr. Vo Tan Ha.

To ensure water drainage in the coming time, on September 14, the Da Nang Department of Construction issued Official Letter 7043/SXD-HTKT requesting the People's Committees of districts to coordinate with the Da Nang Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Company. conduct review and synthesis of inundation points, proactively deal with inundation in areas under their management.

For large flooded areas, beyond the authority of which the city has not yet had a plan to deal with, the Department of Construction proposed the People's Committees of districts and the Da Nang Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Company to propose preliminary plans. process and estimate the investment cost, send it to the Department of Construction before September 15 to summarize and report to the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

At the same time, the Da Nang Department of Construction suggested that the People's Committees of districts and districts direct the People's Committees of wards and communes to continue propagating and mobilizing people to actively participate in drainage units to pick up garbage, open the water inlet before and during rain to ensure drainage of road surface, avoid recurrence of water stagnation, causing local flooding on roads and in residential areas.
