Forecast, provinces in the North today, March 16, cloudy, morning and night have little rain, drizzle and fog. In the cold mountainous area at night, the highest temperature is popular from 24 to 27 degrees Celsius; Particularly, in the Northwest, it is sunny at noon in the afternoon, the temperature is 27-30 degrees C higher, and in some places it is over 30 degrees Celsius.

In the South, it is sunny day, only the East is hot, in the evening, and at night there are showers and thunderstorms in some places. The highest temperature is 31-34 degrees Celsius, especially in the East there are more than 35 degrees Celsius.

It is forecasted that today, March 16, cities in the Northern region have daily maximum UV index of 6-7, a high risk of harm. Particularly on March 18, the UV index tended to increase to the level of 8-9, a level with a very high risk of harm.

Provinces and cities in the region from Hue to the South, today and the next two days all have UV index levels in the threshold of 10-11, the level of a very high risk of harm to the human body.

At sea, due to the influence of the low pressure trench with axis at about 9.0-12.0 north latitude, in the eastern sea area between the East Sea there are showers and thunderstorms. During a thunderstorm, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong winds.

In the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea, there is strong northeastern wind level 5, sometimes level 6, level 7; rough seas. Sea waves are 2-3m high. Level of natural disaster risk: level 1.

Lowest temperature from: 21-24 degrees C, some mountainous areas below 20 degrees C. The highest temperature from: 24-27 degrees C, some places more than 27 degrees Celsius.

From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue: The north is cloudy, with some rain, there are fog and scattered mild fog in the early morning, reducing cloudiness in the afternoon; The south is cloudy, the day is sunny, the night is rainy in some places. Gentle. Lowest temperature from: 20-23 degrees C. The highest temperature is from: 26-29 degrees C, in the South there are places more than 29 degrees Celsius.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Cloudy, sunny day, rainy night in some places. Northeast to east winds are level 2-3. Lowest temperature from: 21-24 degrees C. The highest temperature is from: 29-32 degrees C, the south is more than 32 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands: Cloudy, sunny day, evening and night with rain and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast to east winds are level 2-3. Lowest temperature from: 17-20 degrees C. The highest temperature from: 30-33 degrees C, some places more than 33 degrees C.

The South: Cloudy, sunny day, only the East is hot, in the evening, and at night there are rain and thunderstorms in some places. Winter winds 2-3. The lowest temperature is from: 22-25 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is from: 31-34 degrees C, particularly in the East there are more than 35 degrees Celsius.
