The provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien - Hue are cloudy, the North has some rain, the South has rain, showers. North to Northwest wind level 2-3. It's cold. The lowest temperature is 15-18°C; the highest is 18-21°C, the South has places above 21°C.

The provinces and cities from Da Nang to Binh Thuan in the North are cloudy, with rain, scattered showers; Cloudy in the south, sunny day, afternoon and night showers and thunderstorms and thunderstorms in some places.
