The northern mountainous region has localized heavy rain, preventing flash floods and landslides

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, due to the influence of the low pressure trench combined with the convergence of high winds, on September 9, provinces and cities in the North region had scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally with moderate rain, heavy rain with rainfall 20-40mm / 24h, in some places over 70mm / 24h, in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning and strong winds.

Residents of Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan and Thanh Hoa provinces to guard against the risk of flash floods, landslides and local inundation .
High-risk districts like Nam Nhun, Sin Ho, Tam Duong, Tan Uyen, Than Uyen (Lai Chau); Tua Chua (Dien Bien); Muong La, Bac Uyen, Quynh Nhai, Son La city (Son La); Bac Ha (Lao Cai); Luc Yen, Yen Binh (Yen Bai); Bac Quang, Quang Binh, Xin Man, Quan Ba, Vi Xuyen (Ha Giang); Ham Yen (Tuyen Quang); Muong Lat, Quan Hoa, Ba Thuoc, Lang Chanh, Quan Son (Thanh Hoa). Muong Te (Lai Chau) alone is at very high risk.

During a thunderstorm, a tornado, lightning and strong winds can occur. The highest temperature 29-32 degrees C, some places above 32 degrees C.
The Northeast is cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms, with moderate rain and heavy rain. Southeast winds are level 2-3. During thunderstorm, tornado, lightning and strong winds can occur. The highest temperature 29-32 degrees C, some places above 32 degrees C.

Hanoi is cloudy, sometimes with showers and thunderstorms. Southeast winds are level 2-3. During a thunderstorm, a tornado, lightning and strong winds can occur. The highest temperature is 30-32 degrees C, some places are over 32 degrees C.
Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue with clouds, sunny, the south is hot, in the evening there are showers and thunderstorms in some places. Southwest wind is level 2-3. During thunderstorm, tornado, lightning and strong winds can occur. The highest temperature in the North is 31-34 degrees C, the South 34-36 degrees C, some places are over 36 degrees C.

Da Nang to Binh Thuan is cloudy, sunny, hot in the North. Southwest wind is level 2-3. During a thunderstorm, a tornado, lightning and strong winds can occur. The highest temperature is 33-36 degrees Celsius, some places in the North are over 36 degrees C.

The Central Highlands and the South are cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Southwest wind is level 2-3. During  thunderstorm, tornado, lightning and strong winds can occur. The highest temperature in the Central Highlands is 29-32 degrees Celsius, some places are over 32 degrees Celsius; in the South 31-34 degrees C, some places over 34 degrees C. /.
