    During the week, a tropical low pressure over the East Sea strengthened into a typhoon - Typhoon number 4 landed in the Central region; a super typhoon (Typhoon number 5) in the Northeast East Sea landed in China; heavy rain, flood, flash floods occurred in the provinces of Central part and Northern Central Highlands causing great damage to people and property (35 dead, missing and injured; many properties, crops, infrastructure are destroyed and damaged).
